Guestbook for Mildred R. 'Mickey' Wilson Showing 1 - 6 of 6 entries.

Warner, Marie & Nathan (who I haven't met, yet), I am so sorry on the loss of "Mickey", your wife & mother. I just so wish my Mom & I had the chance to meet her in the past years. Warner and Marie, I have to "Thank You" so very, very much for stopping to see my Mom, especially under the circumstances of the day. I hope your trip home was safe. Please take care and I would love to get together again. Keep in touch - Love, Sylvia & Winnie

My most sincere condolences to Warner, Nathan, Marie and family. An avid sportswoman, "Mickey" was a lady in every sense of the word. She listened to WHIO radio at home. Nathan and I called it "elevator music." Oh, how I wish I could find an easy listening station to enjoy these days. May God keep you close in your time of sorrow.

Doc and I and our children and grandchildren had many happy experiences with Mickey and Warner and their kids. We met through mutual friends back in 1950 or so. We drifted away from the mutual friends but remained friends with each other from then on. We moved to Louisville in 1957 so we traveled to various places to meet and vacation together. We camped at Lake Hope,in Zaleski, O. Camped at Mamouth Cave in Kentucky, went to Kitty Hawk on the Outer Banks, Garden City beach in N.C. many, many times, spent a week in New Hampshire together. We went to the 100 Kentucky Derby and there were other places we met and had fun. We stored up lots of memories and had some mighty good times. We will always remember and love the Wilsons. Rest in peace, Mickey

Mickey & my mom were great swim teachers and we spent many summer days at the area pools & lakes. Mickey always had a smile & enormous patience.

Mildred was a fine lady! We shared the same birthday. She was always so friendly when she would come in to the doctor's office. She will be missed!
